  • Clean the front doors on both sides, especially if they’re glass

  • Empty all trash receptacles, wipe down, and replace liners.

  • Using disinfectant, wipe down the reception counter, desk, and telephone. Include coffee table or other similar furniture in the room.

  • Straighten up any literature of knick knacks

  • Dust tables, chairs, lamps, window shades, vents, and other surfaces.

  • Sweep, vacuum, and/or mop the floors.



  • Dust shelves, cabinets, and other hard surfaces

  • Empty trash receptacles, wipe, and replace liners.

  • Spot clean walls, wipe/dust baseboards/wipe countertops

  • Collect any office kitchenware (plates, utensils, mugs, etc.) and return to the kitchen.

  • Dust HVAC vents.

  • If there are windows, dust window blinds/shades as well as the window sill.

  • Clean window glass and any other glass surfaces

  • Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors.



  • Clean/disinfect counter tops

  • Tidy up counter space

  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles, disinfect receptacles, and replace liners

  • Wash dirty dishes left in the sink

  • Clean sink and faucet with disinfectant

  • Spot clean drawers, cabinets, and doors

  • Disinfect door knobs, light switches, etc.

  • Wipe exterior of all appliances (interior of microwave).

  • Sweep and mop floors.



  • Empty and clean trash receptacles.

  • Disinfect sinks and vanity

  • Disinfect all dispensers, hand dryers, door knobs and light switches.

  • Disinfect toilets-Use toilet bowl cleaner and brush to clean the toilet bowl. Clean around bowl and base of toilet as well

  • Use glass cleaner to wipe down mirror over the sink.

  • Refill toilet paper, paper towel, and soap dispensers. (time permitted)

  • Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant solution.
